They have the perfect lemon flavor, oil or not. I love that they are a bit crumbly. I r never had a better lemon cookie in my life. They’re very hard to only eat a few then put down!I think the cost is way over the top. They are typically $2 more a bag on Amazon than Sprouts, where I normally was buying them. Then all of a sudden they discontinued the lemon. I do not understand that at all, they were what sold the best of all three flavors. That just irritates me so much! Why would they do that? I was buying at least 4 bags at a time, every week.I eat them right from the freezer and they are even better. I’m wondering if that’s why people think they’re too crumbly. Not from the freezer!Why do these have to be so dang expensive, (7$+) for 12-14 tiny cookies. That’s a travesty! If they were more affordable, I would buy more in volume.The price on Amazon at this time is better than the typical $7+ on here, but I’m sure that will end.I think this brand is just taking us to the cleaners. I can’t imagine there’s a high ratio cost to make them. No way!I’m going to probably stop buying them and go to something else. In all honesty I would like to give 1 star for my entire explanation, but I can’t because they are the best flavor, texture, ingredients, etc…

My 1 year old granddaughter has an egg allergy so I buy vegan cookies for her & she loves these cookies.

SO very good! Took a couple to get used to, but then fell in love! Flavor: spot on scrumptious, and, to me, NOT too strong. The almonds are tiny and delicate...no need to chew. The texture and overall flavor are like a soft shortbread, which is very loveable. 🤗 They are small cookies, to be savoured in one or two bites. But I think they are wonderful, gf or not.Their ONLY drawback is they are too expensive for me to reorder as I immediately wanted to do. The package is too small (for my budget). The cost I am sure is worth it for the degree of work needed to make gf products. The issue is my more meager budget. While they lasted, they sure were a delicious treat to enjoy. These cookies are quite tasty and less crumbly than most gluten-free and dairy free cookies.The reason for dropping off a star is that most of the information on the package is ridiculously difficult to read. Graphic design 101 — do not reverse out white on a light yellow background.

I know that I can’t return this item but it tastes awful. I looked at the expiration date and it expires in August. This explains it. Please do not mail out eatable items that is going to expire soon.

I love the lemon flavor. It is perfect and will order again. It's hard to find a gluten and dairy free cookie that tastes good and this one does. Now if it was made with stevia, it would be perfect!

These cookies were fresh but did not have much of a lemon taste to me. These would be good with a bowl of ice cream, cup of milk or coffee.
