UPDATE: The manufacturer is very responsive and was able to ship a new unit that works perfectly with in one day. The replacement unit works perfectly. It cooled a room temperature bottle from 75°F to 41°F in just over 1.5 hours. This is a great company to work with, highly recommend the unit and the seller.This is only to keep a chilled bottle cool. We put a room temp bottle of wine in for 30 minutes and it is still at 75°F. Unfortunately the return window has past or we would be returning.

Takes hours to chill a wine bottle. Quicker to throw the bottle in the fridge or freezer for a few. Will keep a chilled bottle relatively chilled, similar to an ice bucket, but no more so than your fridge will. Takes up a lot of counter space for doing so little. Not worth the money.

Nice product, fits on the back bar nicely even if not in use :) I do think the opening could be a bit wider as some larger bottles are a tight fit or do not fit at all. For the majority of the white and rose bottles we have been able to keep them chilll.
