Great cereal! I can only find the Hearty Morning Fiber cereal on Amazon. Not available in local grocery stores.

This cereal has the highest fiber content that I could find , 17g. The price and expiration date are great. It has 110 calories per ¾ cup serving. It is USDA organic and non GMO if that means anything to you. It is not gluten free and has 8g of added cane sugar. As far as taste goes YMMV I like it though.
