I have akways kinda hate feet pain for whatever reason. I once heard a podiatrist say that feet aren't suppose to hurt & that shocked me that mine didn't follow the rules.I have fibromyalgia and my back is completely fused, so none-the-less my feet hurt. I now spend so much time in my bed because it’s the most comfortable place for me to be in as an adjustable, but my heels have really been hurting lately with the skin getting calloused from the cotton/linen sheets drying my skin out & I always am moving them to try to reduce leg/back pain. I’ve done “Baby feet”, put lotion on, etc & still suffering with heels touching sheet. I found these when looking at heel socks & loved that you can velcro them on rather than slipping on like a sock which is an issue when your back is fused. Also LOVE the padding under the heel! It does protect from the abrasions of rubbing heel on sheet, but felt even better when walking in them! Also fit nicely with shoes. It is a game changer for adding a comfort to my walk.I got the nude color so they aren't glaringly there when walking around barefoot.I was surprised on the package it said not to wear them for long periods and start with no more than 2 hours. I'm not sure what that is about. I've been able to continue to wear them without issue. 🤞 Just don't fasten velcro tightly. Aren’t breathable at heel, so can get warm.If these continue to do as well & holdup, I without a doubt, will order a few more!

Purchased this product to use to protect a callus while sleeping. Once product was received it had a warning not to wear to bed.

I decided to order just to see if the heel pads would work. Yes, Yes they do.

The foam/gel heel support wore out in a week to almost nothing.

These are perfect. They’ve really helped my pain from plantar fasciitis. They fit great in my shoes and boots. They stay put, they don’t shift or bunch. After the first few weeks, my pain was virtually gone. Highly recommend these. I wear them now just to give extra comfort in certain shoes that can get uncomfortable after a while. If I know I need to do a lot of walking and I want to wear shoes that I know are not going to be comfy, I wear these cushions and I can make it all day with no issues.
