My laptop would not turn on I assumed it was the original charger. I bought this one with hope of it powering on. I waited a few minutes before hitting the power button it in fact turned on! Downside is be aware that it’s not a ORIGINAL charger so if you have a 360xEnvy like myself it might or might not give you a message informing you that the charger is a dupe! But it works wonderfully.

lasted less than a yearcord was slightly kinked at connection point due to how it was wrapped around the power supply, ultimately connectivity became intermittent and now no longer workswas not used for travel, only home use

This is my second adapter for my hp 360. The other one broke after a few uses with the metal usb metal part breaking off the cable. This one is a twin adapter I received February 1, 2024. The cord is very hard and obviously is bent when its plugged it. It looks like it's fraying and might bend off already. I rarely use this computer, so I wont be buying this adapter again.

My original charger got caught in the mechanics of my reclining couch & stopped working so I bought this one to replace it. Works great - no issues. Would recommend.

more than fast and durable not to mention slim enough to fit in any bag however i have kids so. at least it comes with a protective box😆
