I have used these for years. I always feel a little better when taking these.

It's a good Multi-Vitamin. All the good stuff plus the Lutein and Lycopene for the eyes.Word of advice. Storage may become an issue since towards the end the pills began to show some discoloration due to oxidization/ageing. I've never had this problem with Multi-Vitamins before. But I've never bought a bottle a with a 3 month supply before either.

Didn’t notice any so I thought I would post these and hopefully help someone. The printing looks hazy, it’s not my focus, lol.

Didn’t notice a change, someone said it helps with anemia however I don’t think it’s helping me yet, thanks

Excellent vitamin w/ iron! No issues with the taste at all. Hope they continue to make this vitamin for a long time. Tons of 100% daily values of different types of vitamins in this pill. Lots of other supplements do not give you as many milligrams of each vitamin.
