Came in padded envelope. When I opened the envelope the box itself was damaged and the little plastic cup I'm assuming that you are supposed to measure and mix solution in was warped from the heat. No directions in English 😞. Didn't try to guess on what to do so I returned product.

Easy to do. Don’t have to worry about my brows for a week plus.
