Leg Avenue Women's Gothic Red Riding Hood Costume

I am in looooooove! Curvy girls, THIS is your costume! I never wanted to put my size and body info, but others here did and persuaded me to get this costume, so I'll do the same. I'm 5'10, 320 lbs, and I got a 3/4x. I wear a 3 up top from Torrid and a 3 on the bottom. 22/24 top from Walmart and 24 bottom, 2x for leggings. I'm a 42 DD and my weight is carried in my chest and lower tummy. This costume is actually amazing on me, and I say that not out of selfishness but of happiness. If I can come back and add photos I will. It's definitely short, comes up halfway between my knee and groin. I'll be wearing black leggings to help that. The corset is SO flattering, but as some have said, it isn't an actual corset, though the sides of the bodice and the make of it hold you in. The white bust is juuuust perfect without being too revealing. I'll be wearing a push-up bra-- not that I want more volume, but to make sure that my breasts stay in the white section and don't move down partially to the corset part as they were when I tried it on. My single only complaint is nothing to do with the costume-it's to do with my body. I despise my back fat and you can see it with the straight back of the dress. This is EASILY fixed by wearing a red cape, or, like me, a black little short-sleeve cardigan. It covers my back and shoulders without hiding any of the pretty details, and doesn't cover the skirt at all which I like. I'm not personally as invested in a red hood because prior to this I bought a queen of hearts costume and hated it. I was going to wear the cardigan with it but just switched it over to my new costume and gave the old costume to my sister lol. Hope this helps somebody out there.Edit-- I uploaded three pictures- the first is straight out of the box with no push up or hood. The second is showing the back of the costume and why I dislike how my back fat stood out, which again is all on me. So for the third pic I had a push up bra on and my short cardigan which hid my back perfectly.

Fits amazing, and and is really comfortable. the bows on it are adorable. it’s soft and breathable, not super thick but just enough to keep you warm. Definitely worth the price. The zipper got a little stuck but could be used error lol love the red color of it

Hesitated to make this purchase but I’m so glad I did, I would do it again! The package arrived much sooner than expected(original date was just before Halloween) which was great in case it didn’t work out I had time to purchase something else.I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the dress, I’m 5’2/140 lbs, I carry mainly around my hips and the fit couldn’t have been better. I used a tutu underneath to give it volume because it lies flat.Only con I have is I dislike the length of the cape so I used my own but it’s cute.

I'm an XL and it barely fit me. I couldn't zip it up myself. But otherwise, outfit is cute.

I loved this for my Halloween costume, it fit perfectly. I did wear tights underneath just for extra protection and the thigh highs I purchased separately. Overall, it was really cute.

Dress size tag says: 3x/4xMy height: 5’9My regular t shirt size: unisex 3xBiker shorts size I wear: mostly 3x and I have some that are 4xI hope the above info can help some one who is plus size like me have an idea on what size costume to get for themselves by knowing my body type.I usually don’t buy costumes because I’m a plus size girl and it’s always so hard for me to find a costume that fits and that I don’t want to spend an arm and a leg on. Well this was the first time me and my husband got invited to a Halloween party and for the first time ever we wanted to dress up. I found this costume on tik tok and ran to Amazon.They did send me the wrong size and I didn’t have time to exchange it but the size I received still fit good. The only thing I’m upset about I feel like I spent a lot of money on this plus size costume and nothing should be falling off of it. Thankfully it’s only the bows that are falling off and I used fabric glue to stick them back on but unfortunately they came back off in the wash and I haven’t found them yet. So other than that the dress was great. It is short I had to wear leggings with them so keep that in mind. I just had higher expectations for the costume being almost $100 when I purchased it. But I’m not disappointed either.

It was a bit better than expected- Fit well- actually could have went down a size. Material was typical Halloween costume material and was extremely wrinkly. Pretty short length. Top portion swallows your chest, which is a big negative for me but makes it more appropriate if you wore leggings with it.
