Q: Will this welder do Lift tig welding?

No,just stick and mig welding. Works quite well for small jobs.

Q: Is this machine a 2in1 or a 3in1 ... the product images are confusing.

It is advertised as 3 IN 1, but as a complete novice I haven't actually had a chance to use it as yet.

Q: Can you weld car body panels with this welder?

I've tried to weld 0.8mm steel and it burns through, the lowest setting is 50 which I think is too high. Otherwise I'm very happy with the welder, very easy to use on thicker steel.
