Just been delivered, in use immediately. I would have liked to have seen a extended velco strap for those who are of a larger set. Like myself, Got to suck my gut in. But it is warm very warm. Please be aware there is no extender for a large person.

This has been a life saver. I had an operation recently and hot water bottles were just too heavy against me, this is super light n with adjustable heat its perfect while your body is recovering. Also stays hotter longer than a hot water bottle. I literally can't live without it.

I’ve had spinal surgery twice and I still get residual pain on occasion. It real helps with the pain, and feels great on your back. The belt is a good width, it’s very comfortable to wear and the hear setting are perfect and easily controlled. I even use it to sit on and heat my bottom when my Harry styles are playing up! Had for 5 months doesnt work properly now keeps disconnecting and making crackling noise so unsafe. Other than that keeps warm. Does have the issue of going down to level 2 annoyingly every few mins sometimes
