Couldn't live without it now. It's fantastic. Easy set up, hold plenty of fluid, cleans perfect, only thing is the plastic bit to hold the wipes in place doesn't fit easily but saying that ya don't really need that on, perfect fast cleaning, floor dries fast, don't need to wait long, gets behind toilet, sink etc, does under my fire, gets in all nooks and cranny easily. I've cleaned my apartment windows which are full length, my rugs, freshens my bed, dog bed, kitchen cupboard doors ( I have bought extra wipes even though they are washable. It's absolutely wonderful 💯

Dropped my last steam mop and broke the handle, was more expense than this product.LikeCompact, simple and basic, works well on hard floors.DislikesMains cable short, poor performance on carpet, filling point awkward, feels fragile.Register for an extra 1 year warranty...at the expense of your information privacy.For the price...okay

I am so very happy with this steam mop. First the price caught my eye, then the reviews and the look of it. I have just opened it and it was packaged very well. It was very easy to put together. It comes with 2 washable pads and a water jug. We added the water and waited 30 secs then the steam starts to work. It's very easy to push around, it glides along the floor and you can see the difference straight away and it doesn't leave the floor damp it's dry in minutes. I also bought steam detergent in cotton and added to the water and my rooms smell amazing. It was really enjoyable cleaning the floors without any effort. Amazing. You definitely need one. 5*

I received this steam mop today and I am extremely disappointed. The product does not match the images shown on the listing — the build quality is shockingly poor, the parts feel weak and unstable, and the overall design is nothing like what was advertised.To make matters worse, the water tank arrived with water already inside, which clearly suggests that the product had been previously used. This is completely unacceptable for something sold as new.I chose not to go through the refund or replacement process because it is time-consuming, but I feel genuinely let down by this purchase. I expected better from a brand like Russell. I would not recommend this product.

Nice and easy to use, steams well.Much better than a more expensive one that I used to have although it doesn't have loads of attachments that never got used anyway!If you're looking for a basic floor / carpet steamer with the option of taking the base off for a hand held shot of steam, you can't go wrong at this price!Comes with the option to register for a free 2 year guarantee too

Good steam mop but wish I listened to other reviews it doesn't go in corners but is a good steam mop i ended up returning it and exchanging it for a shark one
