I actually use this stuff myself as an adult. It really helps before bed to make my legs not be restless. It has also cleared up a skin condition that I have, granuloma annulare. I love this stuff whether it’s the spray on or the roll-on or the lotion!

I bought this spray to help my son at night to help him wind down. I would spray his feet at night after his bath, while he was reading his book. We used it for about a month it seemed like some nights it worked really well but there were others that it seemed to give him the energy of 10 teenage boys! I tried letting it air dry on his feet and I would spray it on his the soles of his feet then apply socks, it didnt seem to make a difference. But my mom used it and it worked miracles for her.
