Hi Madame, Aswaghanda is good. Depends what you want it for. It is very powerful on empty stomach in morning. This one is 500mg. The best type is vati without any coating. If you want it to sleep and relax overcome anxiety. I recommend 5HTP 200mg. This is better than any allopathic it is gentle and as powerful and more powerful than any Ayurveda.

why is it spelt Ashvagandha with a V and not a W? are these fake? also what is the withanolide content?

250 mg They don't mention that this Ashwagandha (ground cherry) helps with high levels of cortisol (adrenalin), what is produced by the adrenal gland, related to low blood-glucose concentration. It even helped my friend to stop shaking when he had hangover after heavy drinking :)
