Sorry I can't help as I bought from S NET via Amazon and know nothing of the other store. The postage and packing was £7.99 via Parcelforce which seemed OK to me, especially as it arrived reasonably quickly. I can say that the dummy I got was very good value for money at around £23, was easy to put together and, with the addition of a fancier cover, looks good with my stuff on which is the best result for me.
