Hi ,ingredients are sugar, slimmed milk powder, black tea extract cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, black peppers and glove , I prefer the unsweetened packets my other half prefers the sweetened ones , hope this helps , can be found in large Tesco stores for £1.99 box of 10 sachets
