Excellent violin tuner
I originally bought a clip on tuner but realised it wouldn't work for my violin. This one has been great. I haven't tried the plug in feature but it works really well, is super easy to use and I love that it uses AA batteries rather than button which the smaller ones use.

First one was broken, second one works well!
The first time I ordered this item it stopped working within days. I returned it and reordered. Second one works fine. It does everything it should do - tunes electric guitars, and acoustic instruments and voice with mic, and has a metronome. It’s very easy to use.

Designed for wind instruments
Tuning accuracy is fine and easy to use. However, this 3 in 1 Metro-tuner with Tone Generator is designed specifically for WIND instruments and is being sold as a guitar tuner. There is no volume control on the metronome which is excruciatingly lound; this would be fine in order to be able to be heard over wind instruments but is almost impossible to use with any comfort if playing acoustic guitar.
