I get a pain on the side of my stomach, every year or so caused by diverticulitis.I take these for a couple of days, and pain is gone.

The doctor was unable to provide anything to reduce the inflammation of my pancreas and very little for the pain as I can't take ibuprofen or aspirin or the like. Grapefruit (or citrus) seed extract is not at all easy to find as people keep confusing it with the popular grapeseed extract which is an entirely different thing.These capsules are tiny and easy to swallow. The flat plastic container is easily mailed to go through your letterbox. Once you realise you have to squeeze the container to remove the lid, it is easy to extract the capsules.

I buy these when I go abroad to ensure I don't get 'deli belly' it has worked so far.
