I'm having to leave a bad review. When I first purchased this item I was really pleased with it but then I noticed it started cutting my head. When I looked closely the head needed replace him but unfortunately I can't find the correct one here all on any other site . I can't not contact the company who sold me this to try and get a replacement head. If anyone from the company reads these please contact me and please advise how I can purchase the replacement heads.

I always struggled at the neck, never could get a shaver that does cut well at the neck, takes a few strokes but cuts better than my Philips series 7000 which was 150 quid.This is good value for the price5 shaves in one charge (shorter if you take longer)Looks goodDurableWhen opened the razors are on flimsy spring but haven't broken yet.A bit irritant on the neck skin as I had to give it a few strokes to get all the hair cut.1st shaver I have used that I didn't need to back with a razor blade shave.

Doesn't shave as close as expected.

I have used electric shavers in the past, and I was unhappy with them.I gave this one a try and to be honest it's doing the job fast, nice and give you a very close, clean shave.Definitely a keeper and to be used when in rush and not having time for a wet shave.I bought the product, wasn't offered for review, so it's my honest opinion.
