Q: Is the bottle half full from the manufacturer or has it been used before?

Pirinase is also available as 120 sprays and they use the same bottle. I would imagine this is why a 60 spray bottle looks only half full.

Q: Does this help with post nasal drip?

My experience has been that it helps with all sinus and nasal allergy symptoms, including post-nasal drip.

Q: Can you use this when you are pregnant

On the instructions for use it says "consult a doctor before using if you are pregnant". I myself have not used it when pregnant.
