I wanted it to be right and it is.
This system is exactly what I hoped it would be. The Bose AI really helps pulls the dialogue out of the audio and bring it to prominence. We were having to watch most movies these days with close captions on, but this cured the problem.The surround sound is mostly subtle and atmospheric, then surprisingly effective when appropriate. (A crash, explosion or perhaps the sounds of a train rolling by in the background are suddenly real.)Setup is easy although, I did have a little hiccup; I called customer service and they were great. It literally came down to unplugging and plugging it back in for everything to connect. Frankly, I should have tried that before calling. But they were happy to help. It’s run perfectly since.

Do not order from Adorama.
I ordered this product and the sound bar was defective. It took me almost 2 months to get my refund from Adorama. Do not order an item from them. I feel if I had not kept on top of it I never would’ve gotten my money back.

Difficult to set up
Once you get it set up the sound is excellent. The set up process gives a QR code and web based step by step Instructions. I followed them to a t and hand no success. Called the assistance hotline and resolved the problem. The system still does not automatically connect to the tv when turned on. Takes multiple attempts to reconnect and then will randomly disconnect from tv.
