Are these shiny or dull?

These have a shine to them different than other Tyvek bands, but they won't be as shiny as something reflective like a gold ring.

Are these bands water resistant?

Can these be printed on?

Not easily since they are perforated. You could probably custom order printing a low cost which they could do before perforating.

I cried when I printed

I read the reviews and everyone said don’t print but I was able to print on them. I use double sided tape to tape eight bands to regular print paper and send it though my ink jet printer.
