Cooling roller for under eye
Is amazing and works and feels amazing I use it every day and my under eye looks so fresh and lean love it

Don’t buy this unless you want to pay well over the RRP
Nothing wrong with the product, but the price on here is an absolute con. Selfridges, cult beauty etc sell the full sized product for £21 (+ P&P). This is tiny (think the size of a lipstick). I was v surprised when it turned up and checked the product write up and think it should make it clear that this is a ‘mini’. Stating that the product is 6g would help!! Also paying for a prime premium and it took several days to arrive... feeling conned.

Cooling Water.
This fragrance-free, Cooling Water from USA brand Milk Makeup is a lightweight hydrating gel stick that has a fairly simple formula containing texture enhancers, silicones, and emollients. It’s very easy to apply and can also be used while on the go as needed to give the skin a quick pick-me-up leaving it looking and feeling more hydrated and refreshed. It’s not a stand-alone product, but an addition to a comprehensive skin care routine.The caffeine in the formula has some antioxidant properties and can potentially help relieve some under eye puffiness if caused by fluid retention which has many causes, but it won’t address age related eye bags because these are caused by weakening muscles in the eye area and fat deposits under the skin. The only thing that can address these are professional cosmetic surgical procedures.Note, at the time of writing this review this is expensive here because this retails for around $24 (approximately £19) in the USA.Ingredients:Water, Butylene Glycol, Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, Sodium Stearate, Pentylene Glycol, Isosteareth-2, Glycerin, Sea Water, Manganese Gluconate, Nylon-12, Caffeine, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphensin, Blue 1.
