very disjointed that the power supply was not Australian pin conflagration.The shipping address clearly states Australia.I had to buy and international adapter.Also I can not see any markings to sate it complies with Australian electrical Standards .Could you please advise.RegardsDanny Papa

Since developing osteoarthritis in my knee, I have been unable to take baths as my knees were too painful to get out of the tub. I love hot bubble baths so this was a very painful reality. My husband, after much research, found a solution, an electric bath lift chair. After reading the reviews and watching the videos, he decided to purchase the Vollgut Electric Bath Lift Chair. I was a little nervous, but it works just as described. There was little to do other than charging the handset, then connecting it to the back of the chair, and placing it in the bathtub. I tried it out first on "dry" land to make sure the lift work, and it worked perfectly. We placed it in the bathtub, filled the tub with water and bubbles, and for the first time in a long time, I was able to enjoy taking a bath. I had to fight back my tears of joy, as I absolutely LOVE relaxing in my bathtub. I highly recommend buying the Vollgut Electric Bath Lift Chair.

i love it was not able to take a bath for months after i hurt my back. i got a shower stool i got a shower chair. then this popped up. it cost a lil and really its to heavy for me. but its in my tub and i don't have to move it. i now can take a bath anytime i want. best thing ever. i could not afford a walk in tub lol

Bought it because I needed shoulder surgery and we only have a bathtub. Then I also sprained my knee... without this chair I would really be in trouble. Only gave it 4 stars because, in our experience, it's difficult to loosen the suction cups from the tub. Other wise it's a great chair. Charge on controller seems to last forever!
