Sizing guide is accurate for legs. They stay cold for about 15-20 minutes, and stay put on your knees even if you’re walking around. Great for icing while also having to keep up with kids around the house. Quality seems to be pretty good.The ad says they only need an hour in the freezer. I found that they were decently cool at that point, but they probably need 3+ to really reach peak temperature when you first get them. If you stick them in the freezer while still cool after use, they’re good to go again in about 1-2 hours

Easy to use, both as a sleeve and a cold pack. For me, it is almost too cold fresh out of the freezer to use as a sleeve. It drapes nicely so I use it as a cold pack first then as a sleeve.

Oh my god these are a LIFESAVER! I am 44, weigh approx 180 lbs and have taken up jogging as a hobbie. These are HEAVEN after a long run, or after my strength training sessions. They feel so good, light compression, cool down in the freezer in an hour and offer 30-45 min of cold compression! Not to tight, easy to get on and off!

While wearing them, they stay could for about an hour. They remain flexible and comfortable.One minor complaint: they are a little too large. I followed the size chart. If wear it while walking, it slips off. But seated, or sleeping, it works well.

I am so glad that I found this product! I ordered 2 medium and 2 large. They are perfect for icing elbows and knees. Super soft, comfortable, and extremely therapeutic!! Excellent product!

Haven't tried them yet but I am writing this review based on the presentation alone. This is probably the best packaging and quality I have ever seen. Kudos to whomever designed this is a marketing guru. The wraps appear to be just as nice and are currently in the freezer!UPDATE: This is the coldest wrap ever! It feels like my arm is in an igloo with an ice pack made from some kind of experimental top-secret dry ice pack. This is great!!!

These could have been amazing other than how heavy they are. They fit nice, are comfortable, and better than using ice packs. They came in nice packaging and seem high qualityBUT they don’t stay cold for longer than 5 minutes no matter how long you leave them in the freezer or how cold the freezer is.Because of that they are virtually worthless
