Long time owner
I held back from writing a review, until I had been using this mouse for a while, I have been using ergonomic mouse's for a long time, so the idea isn't new to me. The only major change, is this is my first time using a corded mouse. I am more than happy with the performance, and would recommend it to any south paws, who spend a lot of time using a computer, it really makes for a more comfortable experience. With a normal mouse, I have the buttons where my second finger is the "left click", but using these, it feels more natural to switch them around, but you have a choice of how you use it. My cordless, ergonomic mouse, didn't offer this function, which was my main reason for changing.I think this mouse is really great value for money, and have no hesitation recommending it to anyone who is left handed.

Very good left hand, ergonomic, mouse that is excellent value for money.
I purchased the Permice-713L because I wanted a left-hand ergonomic mouse to limit the strain on my wrist. There are not many options available and I had previously bought a mouse of this type from another manufacturer but was disappointed with it. I spent a long time searching the market and decided to try the Permice because it was suitably specified and generally had good reviews. For me it was the right choice and I am very satisfied with it. When my wife tried the mouse out, she found it to be a great improvement over her (expensive) mouse and asked me to order one for her also.I find the Permice comfortable to use and it eliminates the wrist strain I was experiencing. It is well made, suitably featured, and at £14.99 it's very good value for money. After nearly a year of use the right button on one of the mice became faulty. However, Perixx customer service was excellent. They immediately replied to my emails; the first one with an easy to understand set of possible solutions, then when I advised these did not work, a promise to dispatch a new mouse. This was delivered within four days of my first raising the problem, consequently, Perixx customer service reinforces my opinion that the product deserves a 5 stars rating.

Very comfortable, lightweight and nice to use
I wish I'd bought one years ago, but the choice is very limited for left-handers. I thought there might be a bit of a learning curve moving to a more vertical mouse, but I took to it from Day 1.

It's different !
If you've used a normal horizontal scrolling mouse, this will feel quite different.I don't have a large hand and this mouse was a good fit, but I did need to extend my fingers just a little bit more than I was used to. This is probably a good thing as I was starting to curl my fingers and thumb around the previous mouse.Because the movement and alignment of your hand on the mouse is so different, you find that when you start, you're moving a lot more muscles than you actually need to. However this mouse does help you co-ordinate better. You can use just your wrist, your arm or even you shoulder to get the desired movement or use all three !I used this at work and started at 10:00am and by 2:00pm I was able to use it with ease. The mouse easily glides over most surfaces you put it on and is very fluid in its movement. Please note however, if you have been using a Normal mouse with the two buttons reversed in Control Panel (so you can use it left handed), you will need to put them back to normal as this is actually wired as a left hand mouse, so the settings for the mouse in control panel can be left as normal.I like this and would recommend it to anyone who wants a purpose built Left Hand Mouse.

A brilliant Mouse (left handed version)
As a frequent computer user and kack-hander...I have to wonder how I managed without this mouse for so long?!Plug and play right out of the box, it just works beautifully.Ergonomically speaking, it's nothing short of amazing. Very comfortable and natural, easy to use (it takes a bit of getting used to), well thought out and just feels like it's molded for my hand.Because I've had shoulder surgery, the fact that I now don't have to rotate inward to use a conventional mouse means long sessions at the PC should feel easier, with less fatigue and aches (I'll update my review as time goes on in that regard). The DPI button is an especially nice touch and is really useful (2 of 3 works best for general use), as are the forward/backward page browser buttons.A very impressive mouse, worth the couple of extra quid for the wireless version.

Good but doesn't last
There isn't a lot of choice for left-handed vertical mice and while it worked this was very good. However the scroll wheel started jumping and bouncing after ~ 6 months and the mouse as a whole died after 20 months.

Fit's like a Glove
Needed a new wireless moue after my 16 year old mouse also started to have Electronic Communication Dementia.I was very pleased that it fits into my hand so comfortably. The left right buttons are directly under your fore and index fingers, so just click without having to position them. Your thumb sits nicely into the curved grove and the curved rear sits comfortably into your palm, 'it fits like a glove'.Although I am righthanded I always use the wireless keyboard on my lap with my right hand as I sit on the sofa and the mouse in my left. Also the mouse mat is not needed as the mouse works perfectly on the cushion. The mouse takes 2 triple A batteries, not supplied, and saves battery power by sleeping when not in use, just move and it wakes up. A Bluetooth USB is supplied and it connects to the mouse immediately. There's a DPi button above the thumb so you can change the speed of the mouse icon moving across the screen. A red light below your thumb flashes to indicate the speed has been changed.I'm really pleased and happy with the ease and comfort this mouse has, 10 out of 10.

Comfortable but could be a bit smaller if you’ve got petite hands
I have small hands so I would prefer it a bit smaller but overall it’s a good mouse. I’ve had it several months and only just swapped out the first set of batteries. I use it for work so it gets plenty of use, and for the price, I think it’s good value for money.
