It's good quality and keeps the jewels from bouncing around. I'm a senior and the skin isn't so tight anymore. This helps a lot and I'm not as sore in places at the end of the day. I do need the x-large though. The waist is a bit tight. I tuck my shirt under it, too.

Works great. I was using compression shorts with a pocket before and this is a much better supporter as it keeps the cup in place when i run.

I’m a comfortable size 34 waist so I bought the large size. Way too small and tight. Down right hurt to wear it.
