Worked great!
This really worked for me!! Was having a terrible case of tennis elbow and after wearing it for a few days, my pain subsided. Size fit perfect. I have a pretty physical job, and it is extremely flexible with lifting.

I am 5'11" 195 lbs and retired. Shoulder issues, normal arm strength but I don't do arm/bicep weight training any more. I purchased two sets, both Medium and Large, to wear while recovering from left elbow tendinitis.I wore the Large for all day support and warmth with comfort. It was a little loose over my bicep, proper fit over elbow and forearm. It stayed in place without adjustment, even while skiing a full day. The Medium might have worked for short periods of high effort, but I was avoiding that other than my physical therapy exercises. I also could sleep comfortably wearing the Large. The Medium got very little use.I have recovered from the tendinitis. In about 4 months of heavy use the Large sleeve stretched out just a little. It still provides plenty of support. I continue to use it when I expect to stress my elbow more than usual. And I still have the second Large sleeve in reserve.

Supporting the elbow
These is very comfy, great design, high quality material, compresses slightly, very supportive. I use it while I'm sleeping.

Runs a bit small in sizes
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's good for a while but stretches s bit so you have to wash and dry it. Other than that it's good .

Relief and support.
Worked as it should. Gave relief and support to elbows that are used in a repetitive motion 8 hours a day. Used when sleeping at night sometime for extra relief and stabilization.

The sizing and compression is superb I would highly recommend everyone if you are in need of a band the quality is also superb

Size
It's a little big on th| elbow. My husband wears it but I wash every other one twice a week to keep it tight.
