The cushion was wrapped with care. It expanded immediately and stays flat. It is stunning! The material is heavy duty and will last for years. The underside material helps to keep the cushion in place. Customer service was excellent and asked for exact dimensions since my order was a custom size. They were extremely precise and the cushion fits my rattan chaise lounge perfectly! The piping is perfect on my 3-inch cushion. I requested extra long ties in each corner, and they are perfect. This is a very trustworthy company with staff who communicates well for details. The value is amazing for what you get! I highly recommend this cushion service! Had seat cushions made with the Velcro backing for 4 benches seats with an outdoor fabric and they are tailored perfectly! I am very happy with the quality and workmanship. I was hesitant about using the Velcro backing but they do not move at all and these benches get a lot of use. I would highly recommend using this company.

Where do I start? These cushions came incredibly tight packed and it took forever to get the wrinkles out And for them to take on a decent shape. When I contacted the company about it, they did give me a minor refund. But I still had to track down someone with a steamer that I could borrow to get them straightened out. But the worst part is they’re too big. They’re a good inch too wide and an inch & 1/2 too long for the space that I ordered them for. They’re incredibly firm and not very comfortable at all. Fabric is rigid & itchy. I am not pleased with this product at all. I’m still trying to use them because I spent so much money, but I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
