OXO Good Grips Chopper

We have been using this for a few months now. It is really easy to use and clean. We have thrown everything from onions to walnuts at it and it has chopped them all well. Little bit of care needed when washing it as first time cleaning it took some skin off a finger but it is certainly safer than using a knife and chopping board if you are accident prone

Excellent for no cry onion cutting a breeze to use no wet eyes . You decide how big the onion pieces are , when the right size just tip into the pan ....easy to keep clean plus it has many uses garlic,chilles, tomatoes, as I mentioned earlier it has a myriad of uses ...

Great little manual chopper. It does need a little pressure for anything hard like carrots 🥕. It chops haphazardly and not uniformly - various shapes and sizes but that’s ok for me (onions being one of them) The dexterity in both my hands is rubbish, unless I’m opening chocolate bars, so I can recommend this item for anyone with painful hands - just remember though sometimes pressure is required unless you chop vegetables very small. I can’t do that. This item comes apart for cleaning and the blades are extremely sharp, so don’t go testing them on your fingers!!! There’s a safety lock when storing the chopper and it takes little storage room. Like everything else that is sharp just respect the item or get plenty rolls of Elastoplast in your first aid box.

I have a family member who is missing an index finger after an accident with a bandsaw and this is a great item that allows him to continue cooking in relative comfort without needing to mess around with a knife in an adapted (but still comparatively awkward) grip. The action is simple and the design means that the ingredients being cut up can be cut as small as you want

Bloody love this, I hate having galicy fingers after grating or slicing, so i use this.I had another one previously and it was no where near as good, the current model is so much better.You can chop straight onto a chopping board or into the container.When you lock it down into place, its easy to disassemble to clean.The blade is sharp and shows no sign of blunting so far.Couldnt recommend enough, good value and very functional

How has anyone given this more than one star!Can only take 1/4 of an onion and it chops some of it into near liquid and others into massive bits. Then you have to clean the thing. Complete waste of money. Using a knife gives better results and is easier. Oh and the press often gets stuck.Absolute Garbage.

Pain in the wotsits to clean by hand and some things just don't get diced as they get caught in gaps but, if you're not a chef and want diced onions quickly this is super handy. Could definitely be cheaper although it is well made and should last a while I hope.
