Cuts beautifully! Replaced the large KitchenAid brand that came in that “Block” of knives set (red color) that a friend bought for me as a gift several years back. I never noticed anything amazing with the KitchenAid upon first use as I DID with THIS KNIFE. WOW, what a difference…❤️❤️❤️!! I also splurged and had bought the smaller matching pairing knife at the same time and so glad I did! Very pleased with this purchase.

Very well made knife for the price. The entire edge cuts like a razor and made carving a ham effortless. I am very happy with this product.

I didn't notice that the knife was very sharp. I'm only using it for the second day. Maybe it comes unsharpened and needs to be sharpened?

Very sharp nice knife

I have been searching and searching, sharpening and resharpening a big knife for so long, especially for the watermelons. The knives they use in the videos looks like they're cutting through butter, I struggled with it. Bought this sucker and was amazed!! I've only used it twice and so far completely satisfied. Didnt want to spent a lot of money either and this was a good deal.

Feels good in hand and is very sharp.Perfect for cleaning fruit and veggies.

The visible damask pattern is PURELY DECORATIVE and is probably applied by laser. These are NOT Damascus knives. This unnecessary pattern is annoying and misleading.This is a good knife for the price. I will update this review after a few months of usage. So far the sharpness is really good.

The media could not be loaded. Zunächst einmal habe ich das Messer im Zuge eine Produktbewertung getestet und bin daher sehr kritisch, was die Verarbeitung und die Schärfe angeht. Das Messer war sorgfältig und sicher verpackt, so dass dieses sicher und ohne Beschädigung bei einem ankommt. Nach dem Auspacken war ich von der Optik und dem Design recht erstaunt.Es liegt gut in der Hand, sieht schön aus und fühlt sich auch sehr scharf an. Es ist tatsächlich gut ausbalanciert zwischen Griff und Klinge, wie das bei anderen Größen aussieht kann ich nicht beurteilen. Das Damastmuster ist sicherlich nur per Laser aufgebracht, dies störte mich jedoch nicht weiter.Die Klinge fühlt sich angenehm leicht an, zur Härte kann ich nichts sagen.Ich habe die Klinge nach erster Verwendung leicht nachgeschliffen, jetzt ist es scharf wie eine Rasierklinge.Wie oft die Klinge nachgeschliffen werden muss, wird sich im Laufe der Zeit zeigen.Ich bin mit dem Messer jedoch sehr zufrieden, und von dem Preis überzeugt.Verschenken kann man es natürlich, allerdings ist es dafür fast zu schade.

Geschenk

Das Messer scheint aus sehr gutem Stahl zu sein und ist sehr scharf. Es ist bequem, Gemüse und Fleisch zu schneiden, und es liegt gut in der Hand, ohne dass man sich die Hände reibt. Obwohl der Preis etwas hoch ist, denke ich, dass die Qualität seinen Preis wert ist.

Qualität vom Äußeren her sehr gut. Habe das Messer verschenkt. Ist gut angekommen. Ob es sich im Alltag bewehrt, kann ich nicht sagen.

Meine Frau ist glücklich also bin ich es auch.
