I like the color and design of the case and micro-thin freeze packs. So far they’re keeping pens cool during two hour commutes.5/23/25 update: on four hour car ride from NYC to WDC on a cloudy 70 degree day freeze packs were warm/ soft upon arrival. I would consider these to be effective for a duration of 2 hours. Longer times will need a different solution.

Works great for a single pen of mounjaro. If you’re going to be gone for more time you need to either get several of these or buy a bigger cold case. Also you need to have some sort of refrigeration if going for more than a day.

I really never knew cases like this existed. I have used a small makeup case for my pens for a couple of years now. I am so glad I found these. This is so nice to use and fits my purse so well. I carry a small purse by the way. This one was the smallest one by 1 inch listed. Others complained about the zipper sticking, which mine did too but after opening and closing a few times it now works fine. Ice packs are small but that is to be expected. I am just surprised that the one I bought with the roses was a dollar more than the one with the other flowers. What's up with that? I am happy with it though.

This carrying case is small, insulated, and can hold my two auvi-q (epinephrine) and inhaler. It has a zipper, comes with two small ice packs, two inner mesh pockets, and one outer pocket. I don't use the ice packs inside but I did place one in the outer pocket when we were have extreme heat wave temperatures and I wanted to make sure my medicine stayed without necessary temperature while outside. I like that it keeps my meds easily accessible. Since it is solid black, it would be nice if there was a small med alert so others can easily know that meds are inside but overall, looks to be great quality.

I use this case everyday I go out. Having two ice bars is convenient.
