Does the card need to blow out the candles to play the music?

The blow out candle feature did not work at all! There was evidence in the package that they knew this was the case before sending it out!!!🤨 I would not trust these sellers.

Is there already confetti in it. If not how do you load it?

There is a smaller card within the main card and it is this small card that has the confetti in it. So to answer your question, yes the confetti is already in it and you don't need to anything to load it as such. In order for the confetti to pop out you just pull the small tab at the bottom edge of the card. Once it's out there is no reloading it unfortunately.

Are greeting card surprises one-offs? How's the effect?

I didn't purchase this particular card. The one I bought lit up, played Happy Birthday, and blow out candle. The card was a hit with the person I got it for.
