Had a ' head cold' kept blowing my nose and just felt ' off' ..not ill as such but just not right ...took myself to bed and slept for a couple of hours..got up and thought I'd do the nasal flush ...had ordered it as my husband had had the same as I now had but he didn't use it ...read the instructions and didn't have the correct water. Googled if I could use boiled tap water..couldn't really get a definitive answer so didn't risk tap water ..husband got mineral water in the morning..used as directed and expected a stream of mucus to come out of my nasal passages but that didn't happen so I thought this hasn't worked but ...it had, I could breathe through my nose and I stopped sneezing ..then I found about 5 hr later I needed to do it again to give me that same clean feeling ..i am really impressed I feel nasaly very clear and, compared to how my husband was without the nasal douche, I am a lot, lot better then he was with his sneezing and blowing nose day ....and ..through the night...I am really impressed with this product and I really would recommend it ...I initially got this for my husband as he was so blocked up and sneezing, the, as I've said I used it but I really think if you have hay-fever and used this to flush your nasal passages would possibly help

I suffered from an endless sinusitis, that had morphed from virulent to chronic and which I could not shake off. A number of people recommended nasal rinses but I was freaked out by the concept (I can’t even put my head under the water at the pool). Necessity prevailed, and I was overwhelmed by the choice. I chose this one as it seemed to offer good value for money and was not too wasteful if I ended up not using it. I was worried that some reviews mentioned the valve was fragile and I see what they mean but mine has been fine although I have been careful using it. I have been using it for a month, multiple times a day (now twice a day) and I feel like I am finally shaking off this bothersome congestion. Careful not to add additional nasties in my nose, I bought purified water from the chemist’s that I warm up in the microwave. I bought additional salt from the same supplier when what came with the pack ran out as it was also best value and very easy to use. Overall I am delighted with the apparatus and wished I had bought it sooner.

Hay fever relief - my 10 year old son suffers with a blocked nose when the pollen count is high ... he finds this device easy to use [not gross ha] and it gives him massive relief. He uses it before bed and gets a good night sleep ... and or at the beginning of the day to get relief.Great price easy to use [ I demoed it for him and before he would use it and was pleasantly surprised how pleasant a sensation it was] ... would recommend.

Very easy to use but the stick on thermometer guide is only a guide. You need to test the water in the bottle with a proper thermometer and I'd suggest you dont go higher than the mid green. My nostrils were very sensitive and first attempt was Ouch !

I've been suffering with my sinuses for several months and suffer allergies as live in very dusty area. Have been doing steam inhalation which dies give some relief. I found some information about the this online and looked at the reviews for this particular nasal irrigation pot and thought I'll give it a go. The price was worth trying it out. I have to say I'm so pleased on first use I felt an immediate relief and I could breath feeling clearer in my nasal cavity. I'll be using this daily from ow on. I recommend it to anyone with sinus problems due to colds and allergies.
