Hello FolksSo my wife bought me a bottle she's always buying me stuff at any rate I was a big time runner up until five years ago when i suffered the mother of all stress fractures to my right shinbone and had to stop running, period. So recently I started back up slowly coming along with cable strength training. I cant believe how hard it is to get it back, with that said I gained about 30 pounds and no it wasn't muscle during that five year break, with that said I ve noticed that I was leaning out quickly with in a two month period along with 8 pounds and 2inches off the waist line now I haven't been training hard, hell I'm barley at two miles but I ve been consistent three days a week along with my strength training which was nothing compared to the way I trained prior to my injury. At first I thought I was getting sick or something but nope all good so I can only attribute it to the pill I was taking two pills a day with my food with lots of water no change in diet and believe me I eat what ever the hell I want. I'm not saying its a miracle pill and of course to each person it will vary and for the price what do you got to lose. I hope this review helps someone

This seems to be a good product and is as advertised. Just be careful with the dosage. Many studies recommend 3 grams of HMB daily for the best results, however, if you take that dosage of HMB you will get 6000 IU of vitamin D which could possibly lead to vitamin D toxicity.The formulation of this product has changed from 2000 IU of vitamin D3 per serving to 375 IU. I think this is a more reasonable dosage of D3.

seem to work but price is too high. All these supplements charge you out the ass for their product because people pay it thinking it's the only one out there. They are way cheaper then GNC though.
