I’ve been using lipstains forever and I’ve tried most of the big pricey name brands, drug store brands, and yea, maybe I DID try using a red sharpie and several other brands of permanent marker around the house! SO WHAT? It’s not like I eventually bought ink for tattoos and have been slowly doing my own stick n poke lip color, building my ideal shape and blushing over the last several months, pffffttttt.Back to the point, these are the absolute best lip stains, hands down. They last the longest, the color is buildable, smells and tastes good. Also, they’re not super expensive. It’s a natural finish but you can mattify the color with some setting powder. The setting powder makes it last longer and transfer less easily, too. It’s not sticky, it’s very forgiving and still looks cute if you’re new to makeup. If I find something better, I will absolutely be as obnoxious as possible about it.Until that day comes, this is it. These are the best on the market.

Love the color! It lasts a decent amount of time. What I don't like is that it seeps into lip wrinkles that I may or may not have, and therefore I may or may not end up looking like an 80-year-old smoker... If I can capture and wipe the bleed right away, and stay on top of it until the stain dries, it's fine. The problem if you don't let it dry and you wipe too late, is the color then smudges around your lips like a clown. Not sure I would buy again. OK, fine, I would not. But that's on me, not them. Maybe if it dried faster?

Lightweight, vibrant, and long-lasting tint!I tried the Etude House Dear Darling Water Tint in Cherry Ade, and I really liked it. The watery formula does not suit for my pigmented lips, so I use it for my cheeks and is not sticky at all but leaves a color stains on your fingers if your using fingers. The color is vibrant and gives a fresh, natural “just-bitten” look. It’s buildable, so I can go from a subtle tint to a more intense shade easily. The tint lasts for several hours and fades evenly without leaving harsh patches. It’s comfortable to wear, though I make sure my lips are exfoliated beforehand since it can highlight dry spots. The applicator is precise and easy to use. Overall, great value for the price! Perfect for everyday wear if you want a pop of natural color

I liked the product just fine. The smell/flavor is pleasant too. It does lose its staying power though. ALSO, most importantly, make sure you tighten the lid!!! I must not have tightnend mine enough and the product leaked into my makeup bag. Ot it evaporated - not sure. The company was nice enough to replace it and I've been extra careful about tightening it. The smell/flavor is pleasant too.

I’ve been searching the internet and every beauty store within a 20 mile radius of makeup that lasts as long as it claims to despite me being a sweaty and makeout-loving person. This lip tint is the most pigmented and long-lasting one I’ve ever encountered. I spread it with my fingers, and even after washing my hands with soap and drying them with a towel, my fingertips are still visibly stained.I bought the cherry color and it’s beautiful on darker skin like mine. Because it is so effective, you don’t need to apply more than once or twice. The watery texture is perfect, as well, if you’re worried about it being oily or glossy.They have a customer for life out of me.

I've been trying various lip stains, including Fenty Beauty Poutsicle, which is much more expensive (over $20). This one is best value. I am older, and without lip color I fade away. This product lasts for about 8 hours, and even then I still have color in my lips, even if it doesn't look like lipstick. As such, this is great for the no makeup makeup look. I have no problem with it being watery. The applicator works fine. Not especially hydrating but it's a lip stain and I apply balm over it for moisture.

I like the color. I like the weight. it stayed on pretty well... I got the color Grape Ade and it is like water. It RAN into my fine lines like Usain Bolt! I had to do some WORK to sharpen the lines of my lip! I even reapplied with primer and liner! I like the product but it's kind of high maintenance. Because of this, I don't use it as often as I thought I would.
