Great accessory kit.

I got the Fitbit Versa 4 on the recommendation of my friend. I really like it. It gives me the information I need to know. I like the sleep monitoring, the step counting, and the exercise tracking. I like that it comes with two sizes of wrist band.Unfortunately within the first month the Fitbit stopped working. Completely shut down. I contacted customer support and they replaced the Versa immediately.I’ll update this review if I have any further issues.

This is my second fitbit versa. My last one lasted me about 2-3 years. I wear it every day. It's comfortable to wear and always durable. I particularly like the heart rate monitor and the fitness tracker. I like all the extras that came with this watch. The stand to charge it on was a great bonus.

BEWARE: AMAZON IS NOT THE PLACE TO BUY ELECTRONICS.I purchased this item as a Christmas gift - within two months of purchase, it began to malfunction. ( The battery will NOT charge and instead states it is overheating.) We have read the instructions, tried to troubleshoot and finally reached out for a replacement.Amazon responded that we were to ask for a replacement from the "Deal B" the company that filled the order but I get the same repeat message from a database over and over - that it's past the 30 day window for returns ???? It malfunctioned 60 days +I've been a Prime Member for years - and am tired of dealing with AI and computer programmed responses when issues occur. This was an expensive item and a special gift for my husband - Amazon is no help at all for a faulty item so we will be going elsewhere from this point forward.
