I waited over a month before I’m leaving my review because I wanted to make sure these enzymes actually worked. Honestly, they DO!! I have two cats. One female 4 year old bobtail cat and one 8 month old Maine Coon cat. Smells weren’t an issue until we introduced our male cat into our home. I’ve tried changing his diet, changing the litter, changing the deodorizer, our air freshener EVERYTHING!! NOTHING!! I mean absolutely NOTHING worked!! Until I ran across these enzymes. I’m going to be honest. The enzymes don’t smell the greatest when you first put them onto the litter but once mixed in you can’t smell them at all and considering it makes cats pooh and urine smell null and void is well worth that short period of inconvenience. Honestly, you can’t even tell we have cats anymore!!I live in NC and we are experiencing an extreme cold front so the smell was even more horrendous given the heat exposure and lack of ventilation.I can not express enough how much this product has saved me and my family.It only takes one scoop, I’m heavy handed, and that lasts until you have to change the litter again. Giving the fact I have 2 cats with 2 litter boxes. I scoop daily, refresh as needed but then completely renew monthly at least. I’ve had the container over a month now and still have at least 1/3 a container left. I like to sprinkle a little extra when I refresh. Even though it doesn’t call for it. My fellow is just extra stinky haha.I will NEVER go without these enzymes again.P.S.- Just to let you know my cats have not noticed any side effects as in smells, sneezes, allergies or avoidances towards this product. Which is amazing because my female baby is extra sensitive so I have to be extremely careful with what I introduce into her environment.I hope this helps everyone out!! Works well in litter box to stop the stink. Unfortunately, needs constantly added to litter.

This might very well reduce odour in the cat boxes, but unlike the pictures, the actual jar is so small, you don't really get a chance to find out. I have two cats and three litter boxes. When I got this jar of deodorizer, I was stunned by how small it was. I got sucked in by their photos, which seem designed to make the container look much larger than it really is (note the picture of the woman, child, cat, and jar of powder). I used a level scoopful to dust each of the three boxes, and then that evening, i scooped out the boxes again (I scoop them twice a day). and dusted the boxes a second time. Six level scoops emptied half the container. Two similar treatments the next day, and the product was gone. $13+ for two days of use. At that rate it would take four jars a week, and that is assuming you only use it to dust the litter without laying down a layer under the litter. Four jars a week would work out to over $52 a week. $200 a month for this powder is just not worth it. I didn't get any better results over the two days the product lasted, than I got using plain old Arm & Hammer litter deodorizer, and the Arm & Hammer lasts longer, and costs less. Caveat emptor (Buyer beware).Edit: I upgraded my rating from 2 stars to 3. After posting my original review, I heard from the company, who offered me a refund. I had not solicited one, so that was a very pleasant surprise. They tell me that they are also updating the photos to provide a more accurate picture of the jar of deodorizer. The product works very well, and I would give it four stars, but in my opinion the value for your money simply isn't there. I bought a six-pack of 12 oz shakers jars of Arm & Hammer baking soda,for the same price ($11.99) as a single 12 oz jar of the Hepper deodorizer. The two products work differently, but so far, I have found that the baking soda is every bit as effective at controlling the litter odour as the Hepper is.

This product REALLY works I mean REALLY works. I'll be getting more.

Powder is all clumped together and hard as a rock. Does nothing to red odor. Excellent customer service though
