Good quality- easy application
Great value! Love the natural look this gives when doing French tips. The thickness isn’t too bulky. The polish holds well and makes for easy hand function.

strong, easy to use, and great value for money!
i love this builder gel! i use a layer on my natural nails to strengthen them so i don't have ot do fake nails anymore, and it works great. beetles is such a good brand that has everything you need as a beginner to start doing your own nails. it is sticky after you cure it, but just make sure to use some acetone to clean that off and then buff them slightly to get rid of that, then you can go ahead and paint your nails! this particular pack is a great value for the price, since a one back was just a couple dollars less, it was definitely worth it to get the two pack. my nails last such a long time with this on without breaking or cracking, and its really easy to give yourself a fill with this. it takes some time to get used to applying it but practice makes perfect! LOVE the beetles brand!

Really good quality gel... if used properly (Not for beginners)
This product is for people that have applied at least soft gel before, NOT if you're new to gel.Application was relatively easy given I had never used builder gel before, a lot thicker than I expected, but I suppose that's just how builder gel is.I did have some issues with the levelling, I had to go through it with a fine brush multiple times to get the shape I wanted, and it ended up puddling up on certain places. This has mostly to do with the application, so be *super super* sure you got it on all the right places before you cure it, because it cures FAST. I put it under the light for about 5 seconds, pulled it out because I noticed I didn't level it perfectly, but when I took it out it was already hard. You should still cure it for the recommended time to make sure there isn't any uncured gel underneath.Another super important thing to keep in mind is it BURNS really bad at the beginning of the curing. I looked up some advice and it seems that if you apply a coat that is too thick it will burn worse. Also, if it burns too much and you can't stand it, *take your hand out the lamp*, you can always just put it back and it's not worth the pain. The next nail I just put less gel on, and it didn't hurt nearly as bad, and it was just as hard as the other nail. This is a good quality gel, and you don't need to use a lot of it, a medium amount will be hard enough to protect your nails from breaking.Overall, it's a good product, but it does require some level of skill to use properly and safely.

Builder gel works fine, the colors were just ok.
I wanted to try builder gel since my nails are thin and break or snag so easily. The consistency of the gel is good and it takes some trying to figure out how to apply, flip over to get the apex and then shape but that's part of the fun. If I do the correct prep, the gel stays on nicely. The self leveling is great. The only downside is that I did not like most of the colors, some of them were too close in shade to the other. I used clear the most and the lighter pink, and the lighter nude. The upside is, there are more colors to buy and try.

New Favorite!
This review is for the Beetles Builder Gel in Jelly Pink 7.Beetle products are usually hit or miss for me and for that reason I tend to stay away from this brand but I’ve heard good things about their builder in a bottle and wanted to give it a try.I must say I was not expecting to like it as much as I did! I think this is now my favorite soak off builder gel for gel extensions and overlays. It’s not too thick or thin, goes on super smooth and self levels really well. I use a very thin coat as the slip layer and then I’ll add more gel to build my apex by floating the gel down the entire nail. Flash curing lamp will be your best friend with this part.Super easy to use and gives lovely results!

Excellent product for home use
Work great, I have the whole Beetles system including their UV light. The system that works for me is: dehydrator x2, primer, base (uv), builder x2 (uv btwn coats), color x2 (uv btwn coats), top coat (uv). Do thin coats of anything that needs uv or else it can burn, especially this builder gel. Takes about an hour to do my own nails but I am pretty particular about shaping, filing, cutting cuticles, etc. so that is a lot of my time. This bottles of builder are large and last a long time even using two coats. They are sticky to apply and are a little tacky after curing under uv to allow for color coat to adhere. Have had great results using this system. I’ve only done my nails 2x in three months. These make my nails super strong!!! Get yourself a good soak off to remove these! Really love the extra tools that come with this set as well!

5 stars! ⭐️
It works amazing! It takes a little bit of time, and I had to practice a few times to get it right, but it’s totally worth it!I let it sit in a cup with hot water while I do my nail prep, so it’s not too thick to build my apex and shape it however I want. These are my nails after 2 weeks of wearing the builder gel. I use my hands a lot for work and at home, and they still look good. It saves me a lot of money if I were to visit a nail salon every 2-3 weeks. Not sure if anyone is aware of this, but I only try to get cruelty free products, so this is also a plus for me!

If You Make Press-ons — GET THIS!
When I say this product is single-handedly taking my press-on nail game to the next level!!!! I mean just that. This is my first time working with builder gel and when I say it the most easiest and quickest way to ensure your press-ons are durable and can be reused, i’m not joking. I’ve used polygel (frustrated me) and used acrylic (absolutely stinks) but this is by far the best and easiest way to ensure sturdier nails. The best part too is that it doesn’t require much. 1 slip layer and 1 bead is enough and your nails will NOT bend. GET IT!IG - shopbeklaws TT - beklaws (shop w/ me)
