Don’t waste your money on this ! It doesn’t work ! Buy traps instead !

These absolutely do not work. We just had landscaping work done and several perennials planted. Rabbits have eaten several down to the ground. We have a very small back yard and I put all 20 repellents around the plants and they continue to eat the plants. I've resorted to the spray repellent which smells awful but seems to be effective and the smell dissipates after a short period of time. Hope this helps some of you having the same issue.

Good quality product. used it around apples on tree. didn't work. Apples disappeared anyway.

If these don't work I am hiring Elmer Fudd with his shot gun. Tried some sprays to keep rabbits away from our Hostas but they did not do the trick. My wife ordered these and I set them around our shrub beds where we have the Hostas and so far it seems to be working. MAJOR WARNING: These little balls stink! Make sure to wear rubber gloves before handling. I picked some up with my fingers and could not get rid of the smell for days.

It says it is supposed to keep squirrels and chipmunks away so I tied one to the back of my chair that a chipmunk has been using as it’s personal toilet and ruining our furniture and you can see him sitting there with the repellent right behind him. I actually placed a dozen of the balls around my back porch and he’s still coming in. Also there weren’t any instructions in the box and I had to figure out what to do with the gloves and satchel bags that were provided.

I bought these stinky little balls and placed them around my yard, placing a few under a potting shed and small barn in an attempt to keep a couple Rock Squirrels and desert rats away. Well, about a month has passed and the critters are still around. The smell of these balls reminds me of my grandmothers steamer trunk - moth balls. I could have saved my money and bought a box of plain moth balls at the hardware store but then I would not have also received in the box 20 each individually wrapped fine gauze tie string pouches that you are supposed to place the balls inside of. These pouches were so nicely made you could have given them as gifts. This is probably where the cost comes from in labor alone. Anyway, save your money, and just buy mothballs and then puncture a few holes in some ziplock plastic bags. Of course you may still end up like me with the critters still around your yard.

I was trying to keep chipmunks out from the enclosed hose reel where they would dump dirt from their home remodeling projects. I put a few balls in this space, some on the ground others hanging in a small net pouch. I think the chipmunks found it humorous. They kept bringing dirt to the point that the hose reel could not move. The container was super stinky even getting close and when opened it really was stinky! But these little builders were not deterred one bit from dropping their debris in there. We have very determined chipmunks and this product failed miserably. PS-We removed the hose reel cart altogether after hand scooping the dirt out.
