This perfectly replaced the canister to my handheld vacuum after one of my kids decided to use the other one to suck up toilet water. Glad I caught it in time so I didn’t have to replace the whole thing. The joys of trying to clean with some awesome helpers lol!

Product exactly what I ordered

This is an exact replacement for the original dustbin on the vacuum. The original lasted 2 years before the interior plastic sleeve broke, which meant that the tools would slide all the way into the vacuum. Considering this sleeve is not exposed to anything externally that would cause it to be damaged, I can only surmise it was a manufacturing defect. Will update review if anything changes, but for now it is an exact fit and functioning as intended.

Considering this is an OEM part, I can happily report that it works as well as the original. Ours broke because I had made a habit of keeping the crevice tool attached. The additional leverage put stress on the canister attachment socket and over months of bumps and drops, it broke. I wish that area was made of a bit thicker material, but it's easy enough to put the attachments away after use.

I have had to replace this twice now in a matter of DAYS. No matter the kid gloves you use, or the tricks you try, the insert for the vacuum attachment is too tight and starts to break almost immediately from that point. It should be a stock replacement, but it won’t work for the stock attachments. Boo.
