Yes, these are big pills. I normally can't take bigger ones like these, but the costing makes them surprisingly easy to swallow with water. I needed a higher level of B vitamins than my previous brand, and I can definitely tell the difference in the way i feel over the last couple of days since I began using this brand. I would 100% recommend

I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and had low iron ferritin so I was looking for a good vitamin with Iron to see if I noticed improvement. I’ve been taking this for 6 months now and my labs have improved along with my symptoms of POTS. They’re still present daily, but I find myself having less flares and more energy than before which has improved my life overall.

I feel like I can actually tell a difference in my energy level when I’m taking this regularly! The only downside is that it is an absolute horse pill so be warned! I don’t struggle with taking pills but this can be a bit of a challenge for me some days.

Despite being a man these are my go-to multivitamins because they don't have a super high dose of zinc or other nutrients I'm sensitive to and have methylated b vitamins. These are a really great balance of enough to be useful without overloading you on stuff that does have max doses you don't want to go over for long periods. I've also never felt any stomach sensitivity as long as I take them with food. I do feel a tad nauseous if I take them alone, but that's easy to just not do!The one con is they are _huge_! I have to try to make sure I align the pills when I swallow so they go straight down or else I feel a little discomfort. Personally I'd definitely prefer to take two of something a little easier to swallow than these giant pills.

Are the pills bigger than average? Yes. Are they hard to swallow. No. Don’t let the size be the deterrent.

I am very big on making sure my family and I are taking a daily multivitamin. Recently I went to the doctor and was told to take certain vitamins and this brand has it all. I will stick with this one and continue to repurchase. No side effects at all. I’m on my third bottle! The pills are large but not an issue for me. There’s no taste since you just swallow them. High quality ingredients. The price point is adorable as well compared to other brands.
