Great value but not as tasty as other natural/ nut seed bars
It is excellent value for money and has a decent amount of protein, but it's just not as tasty for me as others I've tried. But considering that these probably cost half the price - I can recommend them. Great to stop you from snacking or if your on the go doing outdoor activities etc -

Good Protein Bars
These bars are worth the money. I wouldn’t buy these all the time tho as I like to try different varieties. The Protein content is not too bad I think the bar has at least 12grams of protein would need to check. I do believe these have some health benefits as do most Protein bars that are lower in sugar.
