Works well for stopping dough from sticking to peel pre-launch!
Works great for putting down on a pizza peel before launching into a pizza oven, keeps the dough from sticking.It is quite flammable and will catch on fire in the oven, so I would recommend keeping the quantity used to somewhat of a minimum!

Bought to create home made pizza's, firstly you get alot! but the product itself is great value and tastes great.

Packaging just right
Looks exactly as picture, it was nice to be able to see the ingredients. only wanted a small quantity to try with my sourdough pizza dough. Arrived quickly and packaged well.

Helps to make the Pizza slide like they are on ball bearings
Excellent for making pizzas. Just put a small pile of this on worktop and toss the pizza dough ball and stretch on. Sprinkle a handful of the coarse granules on your pizza peel before putting the stretched pizza base on and your pizza should slide easily into your pizza oven.

use this to make semolina pudding, absolutely delicious, more expensive than supermarkets but i never have much luck actually finding this product anywhere on the shelves so its a good alternative

Does what it says on the tin
Couldn’t find course semolina in the shops for love nor money. Succumbed to Amazon which I try not to do but needs must. And this will last me forever lol
