I get these for my pre-teen who suffers with anxiety. She uses them at school when she's getting stressed and she says they help her feel more calm. She loves the flavour and thinks the tin is fun to use.

Doesn't have any fussy taste, you cant barely taste nothing. I cant really say it works 100%, but it might do around 30/40% I guess. Does help ease down kids energy but doesnt make them sleepy at all. Used it for 2 weeks now and it doesnt make them sleepy but takes off a little less energy when needed. So, that's why I'm giving only 3 stars.

Great product but once tin is opened it doesn’t close again so if for convenience I wanted to carry them in my bag they would go everywhere 🤦‍♀️🥴.
