I had gastric bypass last year and was taking a very costly chew that did not have extra iron. I was afraid of taking a pill since they usually make my stomach upset. I took chewables for years after my gastric sleeve surgery and was just tired of them. I read multiple reviews for these and decided to order them. They’re fine but the one thing nobody told me about - due to the iron content, you will have blackish-green poop! It freaked me out at first but a quick Google search confirmed it was due to the iron content. To make certain, I discontinued the vitamins for a few days and the color went away. It returned when I resumed taking the vitamins.

I'm really happy they finally made a bariatric vitamin geared more towards women. It's less harsh on my stomach than the original and works just as well. The vitamins arrived very quickly and the price was very reasonable for a 3 month supply.
