Well, I'm hoping you find my notes as a good motivation to cut on sugars. I am addicted to sugar and carbohydrates like many of us and I have been looking for an alternative to help slow down on that. Since I started taking this 3 weeks ago, I've noticed reduced sugar cravings! It has also helped my digestion, decreased my muscle soreness after my workouts and increased my energy level overall! The capsules are much easier than the powder (for obvious reasons). Good product!
