Good Timer
Best piece of equipment on the market for the price. Replacing the main battery (not printer batteries) is adefinite negative way to spend your time; take it to time shop.

Experimented, but came back to this brand/model
Bought for work to replace an old one. Chronometers are way overpriced in my opinion, but after experimenting with a new brand, we quickly returned it and went back to this brand and model. This is the easiest to use for what we need and it works well enough. Take my advice, and don't let people use it who don't know what they are doing, and it should last a long time.

Horribly designed product - SELLER is a CROOK! Refunded me 1/5 of what I paid.
UPDATE: The seller only refunded me 1/5 of what I paid, CLAIM FILED! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!Just like one reviewer this is the 3rd one of these I've bought in the last 10 years and I'm done with it. After a few uses this one literally stopped working. I wonder if there is an internal battery for the actual clock/stopwatch? Not sure, but either way I will never ever buy this product again. Not the seller's fault but it seems like Seiko will not repair it because it's not from an authorized Seiko dealer. But at least the seller is accepting the return. I'm going to take the hit of 10% and ask for a refund and not a replacement. Stay away from this product.

Printer doesn't work in colder temps
Bought it to time a Turkey Trot, the stopwatch itself works well, but the printer was worthless. The temps were around 25 degree F so I am assuming that was the issue. It would print fine when I demonstrated it to the volunteer right before the race, but in the cold it went through the printing motion but nothing was on the paper. Probably good for warm weather but not for cold.
