I’ve owned the watch for 4 months. I love it! I use it to track my heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen levels, during exercise and at work. (The results are comparable to my blood pressure machine). But the watch suddenly wouldn’t charge. I had bought my daughter the same watch and tried her charger. That wouldn’t work either. I tried my charger on her watch and it did work; so that ruled out the charger. I sent a message to Fit vii. Belle replied immediately! Her wording was very kind and gracious. She politely asked for a video of me connecting the charger and the face of the watch. She offered to first replace the charger. When I said I already tried my daughter’s charger, she agreed that the watch malfunctioned and offered to send me a new watch. Hopefully I will receive it in a week.

I love the watch but sadly the band for some reason is irritating my skin no matter where I place it. Will try to find a replacement band, otherwise I'll have to find a different smart fit watch.

I like this thing quite a bit. It's comfortable to wear, and it's surprisingly useful as a phone. Especially when woken up by a call and not wanting to scramble for my phone. The health readings are good, but they're not 100% on, though I admit I might be wearing it either too tight or too loose. There seems to be a sweet spot for it. That said, the numbers are only a tiny margin of error from my BP cuff.

I purchased for the heart rate monitoring during aroebic classes. Make sure you set to a an activity like free style in order to have heart rate read correctly. It seems to work well. I do not use the messages portion of it. Since I do not wear it all the time it does get irratating when it wants to pair with my phone all day long.

Received the watch timely, and was happy with the features and quality, especially considering the low cost when compared to other named brands such as Apple and Garmin. As with many products now days, written instructions are limited. There were a couple of watch features that I couldn’t figure out how to activate. I contacted Customer Support via email, and received a response from Belle within 12 hours that answered the questions I had. Based on my overall experience thus far, I would recommend this watch.

The vibrate for drink and senditary stopped working after 2 weeks. So did the flip your arm and the watch comes on .
