I love hey dudes in general. But for employees looking for slip resistant shoes that are close to non slip, I highly recommend. I wear them every day in the restaurant. I believe they deserve to be on the list of non slips.

Only complaint is that the lining is red so you can see it in the stitching on the toe.

Got a pair when they first came out and literally walked out of them. They are NOT babied calf leather and therefor the material (cloth) will wear out over time. The sole will hang in there as it's rubber and great for everywhere use. So, these are replacements and popped up at a great price. Simple and great looking. They have many different varieties out there and with various prices. Bottom line, great casual footwear (am seeing a load of shower shoes out there as an everyday footwear, so these may move up into the 'business' class.).
