This is the first time trying Viking Beard Oils. I bought the Coffee and Whiskey scent which is much stronger than I expected. The smell is masculine and pleasant although some people may find it competing with their colognes. Other beard oils I tried would have a scent but it would fade almost immediately. I have worn this oil going on 9 hours now and when I touch my beard I can still smell it. I may have used too much since this oil is thinner than I'm used to but it is working like thicker oil. My beard is still soft and tamed. I will be trying a few more scents that I'm interested in. I'm not sure if this will be my new regular oil but I do like it.

Have tried several beard oil brands and scents. Some have added ingredients that may irritate the facial skin. Some the scent is so light or over powering. These however, for me are perfect.I suggest doing trial sizes like this if you are shopping for a new brand or scent.As well, pairing these with beard washes and conditioners is a must for a healthy beard.As a middle aged man, my beard is now white and very coarse and wirey. These oils after a shower soften, have an enjoyable scent, and do not irritate my skin. Wife loves them as well!!!

I’ve only used one of the oils in the kit so far but I like the scent, and it’s made my beard much softer and moisturized in about a week of consistent use. I’m not a huge fan of the dropper style beard oils and I find them to be more messy and wish this had a dispenser top instead. I took off 1-star because the scent does not seem to last more than just a few minutes. I’d buy these again.

I was in need of a beard oil that left a long-lasting smell I enjoyed being the one who wears it. It needed to make my beard soft after combing it in followed by a boar hair brushing. This oil did that and more. The whiskey and coffee oil scent smells great going in. What I did find interesting is that over time during the day, the odor evolves - into a warm cookie smell. LOVE IT! My wife loves it. Found my favorite oil brand going forward knowing all this. Effectiveness:10/10Scent:10/10Softness:10/10

This makes my man look amazing it gives him a strong hold and softness to his rough beard which always bothered me. So it is very effective at moisturizing his beard so it does not bother me any more. The size is large and definitely a value for the price.

I'll start by saying that my 3 star review isn't necessarily based on quality or value, but on my opinion. Out of the entire pack, only one smelled good to me. I gave the rest away. However, many customers on here seem to love the smells I didn't like. Scent is subjective, so I can't say it's a bad product... just wasn't for me.

Fantastic product. Very easy to work with and get penetration through the beard to your skin. The dropper style applicator could use an update/upgrade as it can be a little cumbersome during use. I transfer it to a small, reusable pump-style and it’s much easier. The product itself is superior.
